Tarte a la Moutarde

This recipe is unique and easy to do. It’s perfect when you have last minute guests or if you want an original way to accompany your salads.

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Unroll an already made pie crust in a pie dish. Make small holes at the bottom with a fork. Spread 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard. Add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with “herbes de Provence” and parmesan cheese. Put in the oven until the crust is golden brown (between 20-30 minutes). Serve with salad.
