So easy I often feel bad to serve this! (Well, not really, but it is too easy!)

Take one (or two for the “gourmand”) scoop of French Vanilla ice cream. Top with half a pear in sirop. Add warm chocolate. Top the whole thing with grilled sliced almonds for a fancy effect and you are done!
