Can’t beat this one! It’s easy, good and full of proteins!

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll an already made pie crust in a pie dish. Make small holes at the bottom with a fork. Place any ingredient you want (ham, bacon, mushroom, grated cheese (Swiss is better)) in pie shell. In blender, beat 3 eggs and 1 and a half cup of whole milk. Mix on high speed for 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the pie. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Great with salads. My favorite combo is ham and mushrooms. (Some people combine milk with cream, it makes it good but in my opinion, it is as good without and better for you!)
